These small bumps have started to form on my penis. I have had unprotected sex with someone for a while that has been STD tested previously. There is no pain or itching. I wash my penis nightly. Any idea what this could be? Could it be a yeast infection?

I see from the photo that you also have vitiligo. Is that correct? The ‘bumps’ you refer to are not typical of thrush, herpes or warts. I think the bumps may be from a skin condition (i.e. not an STD).
Apart from vitiligo, do you have a pre-existing skin condition like psoriasis or eczema?
Are the bumps scaly?

I have never been properly diagnosed with vitiligo but it’s been there for years and it’s only around that small area on my penis. I do not have psoriasis or eczma. They are not scaly from what I can tell. I applied some antibiotic cream a few days ago which I think may have complicated the matter. Thank you for your help!
What can I do to cure these sores?
If it’s caused by a skin condition then you should (a) find out what it is first and then (b) you will know how to treat it. Try to see your doctor or preferably a dermatologist.
Trying a DIY approach is not going to help- a bit like shooting a moving target in the dark. Just leave it alone and stop applying any more creams- as you said yourself, it may have complicated matters.
