So seeing the Urologist should have given you the appropriate reasons why this has occurred and the confidence to know why it is simply the natural development of a circumcised penis, if you are actually circumcised, if not, then again, the same explanation applies. But they failed to give the reassurances you were seeking.
Swelling in lymph nodes is something many report, but again you would need to first understand the natural state of them and what they feel like, and, the reasons why they can swell from time to time, and whether this is anything to be concerned about. With this, if you need the reassurance go see your family doctor / GP / PCP
