Small bumps on glans , is this Herpes (Pic)

hi , I have brown spot on my penis head when I give a closer look it looks like small bumps no pain or whatsoever. they are here more than 2 moths what could it be ? herpes genital ? i have already test all the std's/sti's and all come negative except hsv1 came positive and its normal since is from when i have 14yo i have labial sore .

no its not herpes could b normal textured skin

even sometimes the virus can survive without any symptoms better go test if there were any sexual intercourse even with condom and try off herpes pcr test which the window period is 14 days and the result conclusive

Some circumcised guys of colour head tends to look like that. It is the same for my two cousins.

Thank you for your reply , yes but if it is asymptoms then even those bumps won’t be related to it . but for sure i will do a PCR test to be sure.

yes , i just search for this on google and seems to be concerned just for circumcised guys .
