Can anyone tell me what they are? I am worried!
Probably not pearly penile papules, but could be genital warts, or maybe something else. Could be completely harmless, but I'd go to a GUM clinic if I were you and get it checked out. You can google "GUM clinic near me" to make an appointment, and you don't need to use your real name.
