I'm concerned. I noticed a small patch of these small spots on the side of my penis and freaked out. I got 2 herpes tests and tested for gonorrhea chlamydia and syphilis. All negative. No pain but it does itch occasionally but thats mostly due to the skin drying out. That being said, I took a closer look using my phone's camera today and almost passed out at how bad it looks. Can anyone give me an idea what I'm looking at here? I'm close to going to a doctor and getting it checked but I wanna get some input first. Thanks! My penis has always been kinda discolored but the skin is starting to look really scary. How fucked am I?

Basically what I thing you have going on is quite natural - but you need to make sure there are no problems causing this.
Either go to a doctor such as a GP, or any sexual health service, if you are in the UK you can also go to GUM Clinics that are based at General Hospitals
