I was a little embarrassed to come on here but I'm really worried at this point, one day I checked and there were bumps on some parts of my penis, by the tip. The rim at that part has also gotten a bit swollen, there are some bumps under it too. they've been there for a few days now and they hurt when something comes into contact with that area.
