I have this small bumps on penis. I am certain it is not an STD. I got tested twice and I was clean of nearly everything, including HIV, HSV2, and Hepetitis. The only thing I tested positive for is HSV1, which is Cold Sore that I get every once and awhile. I’ve only had sex once and we used condom on everything; even oral. Keep in mind that I’ve had this for quite awhile, even before having sex. The doctor does not seem to think there’s anything wrong, but i need help. Thank you very much.
