I recently noticed some small fleshy papule like bumps on top of my glans. They seem to be similar in appearance to pearly penile papules but are located on the front of my glans, not around the corona. Here are some images from different angles and lighting conditions.

They are not painful or particularly sensitive. My main concern is that they seem to be increasing in size and number. For reference, here is an image of my glans from a year ago. A few bumps still appear to be slightly present, but they are much smaller in size and number.

They are stressing me out quite a bit. I tried some moisturizing cream but then got scared that it would make things worse and stopped. I usually use either coconut oil or olive oil for masturbation but also stopped using that out of anxiety. I am 22 and have not been sexual active since covid exploded, so around 7 months.
Is there any way to make these bumps go away?
The bumps are a natural part of your penis - so you do not make them go away.
Pearly Penile Papules are extremely common on the glans / head of the penis, not just on the corona / rim - this is what they most likely are - online photos only usually show them on the corona and this causes a false sense of them actually being present on the glans itself.
Your penis will continue to develop until the age of around 25 or 26 or so - however it is possible for natural spots and glands to appear up until 36 to 38 YOA
