Small bumps under penis hair

I recently shaved and noticed I had alot of small whitish looking bumps under my pubic hair. I thought they were ingrown hairs and squeezed a few with a tweezer. Hard white pus came out of a few. I became a lil worried after read online that shouldnt have squeezed. They dont scratch or hurt and look like they have white in them. I thought after i squeezed out they would go away but they are still here and i dont know what it is.
The bumps are only where I have pubic hairs. Have NOT been sexually active in almost a year since september. Ive never had unprotected sex

I think they could be molluscum contagiosum, a viral STD. They could have remained hidden, camouflaged by the pubic hair, from the last time you had sex. Get to your doctor to confirm the diagnosis and have them check you for other STDs.
