Recently I came across these tiny pimple like/bumps on the foreskin and scrotum.
Any idea what it could be ?

I don't think you're alone and having those bumps. Now I don't really want to see them and I am no doctor, but if it's the same thing I have it's natural and it almost looks like an ingrown hair follicle that'll swell once in awhile. So my oddball question would be you shave or wax. If so that could be the cause of a irritation. Best of luck.
