Small cut/pimple discovered on scrotum/penis base after sex.

Two days ago had sex with a sex worker. First time in engaging in such high risk activity. Used a condom but discovered the next day I had a cut or pimple (It initially had what appeared to be a tiny white head which I popped and found hardened pus).

Here is how the abrasion appears today.

Now I had recently shaved a few days prior and pimple/bumps are not out of the ordinary for me. However does this cut look at all concerning?

What are the chances I possibly contracted HSV-2 (or something else) from this one time sex act? Does a cut/abrasion make it more likely I contracted something?

Have you got tested yet ? Does it itch ?

I just had sex the day before yesterday so I think it's a bit early to get tested?

It does not itch.

Since you have an open sore they can swab it .
