Small cuts- could it be herpes?

Hi,
I noticed these small cuts by my vaginal opening and the skin is quite thin. Do these look like herpes blisters/ulcers or cuts from scratching? Thanks

what kind of discharge so you have ? see those bumps at the top or clumpy discharge?
