hi wondering if anyone can help me, im 26 and masturbate regularly but when i do most of the time the same cuts/tears open in the same place this will cause some stinging sensation, after masturbation it will sting but only take a couple days to heal, when healed you can still see the outline of the cuts, these can also end up to be itchy too, i dont have any other problems but just these stingy tears whenever i get hard. i have tried using a fungal cream which has clotrizomole in it but it hasnt seem to worked, can anyone help me?
