Small dot on penis

No clue since when this happened i have only one sex partner and we are healthy and fine. We having oral, vaginal sex not that much anal sex we had 3 times in 1 year but decided we stop anal sex.. Any clue what could be? Small i think brown dot ..

i cannot see a photo spots on the penis can be caused by so many things the best thing to do would be to visit a doctors and have some stds tests done to rule out herpes /warts etc some other things that are not std related can also cause spots such as yeast and folliclitis
