I recently discovered these flesh color bumps on my penis. They don't itch or hurt. Any ideas?

I have the same problem, it started with a spot that flakes off, now it doesn’t flake off anymore, it’s pink and sometimes whitish, I’ve had it for over a year and a half, do you have lymph nodes in the groin? i have it, and if you find out what it could be, please let me know, i’m desperate lymph nodes all over my body i’m 16 years old and i live in brazil, if you somehow manage to remove the stain please update me here.
We all have lymph nodes all over our body. Do you mean yours are swollen or hurt?
they are ball-shaped nodules that measure 3 cm, I have them all over my body, I’m afraid it’s cancer, if it’s penis cancer it’s in stage 4
