I've had these flat flesh bumps on my penis for about two months now. I've had sex within the last three months and was protected. STD panel came back negative, doctor says he doesn't see any sign of infection. The bumps don't hurt or itch though they can slightly itch if I rub them enough though that could just be dry skin. Any thoughts?
