Ive had this small, hard white little bump on the shaft of my penis near the head for a while. It isnt painful or anything. Ive had since before i was sexually active. Any thoughts?

I see the lump is situated next to the fraenum, so it’s probably a solitary Tyson’s gland; a specialised type of sebaceous gland. You may occasionally see something similar on the other side of the fraenum, but that’s not invariable.
