This single, small, light red bump showed up on my penile shaft maybe 3-4 months ago. I hadn't been sexually active for a while and it doesn't do anything (itch, hurt, discharge, etc.), so I didn't think much of it. It seemed to respond somewhat to just throwing some lotion on which wouldn't get rid of it entirely, but makes it less noticeable. The fact that it isn't going away for good is just raising a bit of question. I haven't gone in for testing due to COVID, so just hoping to get an idea here first if possible.
