As of a few days ago (maybe a week?) i started to notice these small little bumps around the underside head of my penis. This is really concerning! I’ve done some research and i’ve come to the assumption that it may be Pearly Penile Papules. However, I’ve never had that or anything similar to that before! also, for me the bumps are quite small and aren’t really visible unless you really try to focus on it or if you were to shine a light. And the pictures of PPP that I looked up, they all have very noticeable white bumps sticking from the penis head and mine does not look like that. Is this because it’s just the beginning of this PPP? or is it a rash? irritation? backup of oils in the pores? somebody help me!! please. Lastly, this is happening during quarantine so I do find myself masturbating quite frequently, more frequently then I’ve ever done before. Could this maybe be the reason as well?
Tony see if you can get a telephone assessment with your GP. thats what I did when I had a lump on my lip .I provided him with a picture & he diagnosed a polyp which Ive subsequently had removed
Yeah, i’ll try to do that! but its not so much of a lump as what you had. These are just small bumps little painless bumps, that dont feel irritated. They might just be penile papules, but not pearly penile papules since there is no white heads like in pictures of people with PPP. My best guess, I hope, is that they’re just papules in response to clogged up pores filled with oils and other stuff. I want to get other people’s opinion on what it might be though!
best you do that first so you can see whether the GP confirms what you think it is or something else & go from there you dont want to wake up & find yuve got infection
