It wont let me send a picture here but I just noticed this small lump like right under my penis above my testicles. Idk how long it’s been there. It doesn’t hurt or anything its just there. I tried looking it up and it seems similar to a cyst or spermatocele. There’s always a hair growing from it but it doesn’t look like any ingrown hair I’ve ever had. Any idea what it is? I’m 16 if that helps.
we would need a picture to help guide you. however if you have any lumps or bumps that are not usually there and you are sexually active i would highly recommend to have a full std screening.

So yes, a photo is often of critical importance to identify! Most single lumps and bumps in the area of the bottom of the shaft of the penis are actually ingrown hairs, blocked skin pores or infected gland or spots such as Fordyce Spots - and no they do not all look the same.
What I would try initially is treating it as if it is an infected area of skin - use liquid antiseptic, a small amount undiluted on a fingertip is all you need 4 or 5 times daily - it should begin to reduce in size after 3 or 4 days, if it does, continue to apply the liquid antiseptic 1 or 2 times daily until the area is completely normal.
If it won’t budge, or as Jessica suggests, if you are sexually active, go get a visual check on it and the necessary tests if required
