hi, so about a few hours ago i noticed a very small lump along a vein in my penis. Its very small almost like a mosquito bite but It wasnt there before. IM not in any pain. I can pee just fine without any pain or complications whatsoever. Can get an erection just fine. I wouldnt even know it was there if I didnt look down as i went to pee. i tried pinching it lightly but there was no pain. It looks like a very small part of the vein has turned into a lump or swollen, whichever would describe jt the best. Should i be worried? I think i should just wait out a few days and itll be gone. And should i be extra careful during peeing and refrain from any masturbation or such activites. Im not sexually active. AGE: 17.

What you need to watch out for is the lump getting bigger. What can cause things like this is when excessive pressure is applied to an erect penis, however, lots of different kinds of lumps and bumps do naturally occur on the penis from time to time.
