Small "lump" under skin on my penis, help?

Hello,

2 days ago I saw that I have a small lump under skin on my penis. It's only visible and palpable while I my penis is really hard and I start for e.g. to masturbate. During masturbation you can feel it under fingers.

When penis is flaccid, it's not visible or palpable.

It's not very hard, just 2x harder than veins on penis.

It's not painful in any way. What it can be? Can it be caused by hard masturbation? What should I do to get rid of it?image

It looks like a lymphocele lump to me. This condition typically appears after sexual intercourse or masturbation. It usually resolves on its own and does not require treatment. But if the lump causes any pain, swelling or discomfort, consult your doctor for treatment.
