So last night I was getting a bit busy. I then noticed a small lump under the skin of my penis. It on the underside of my penis at the top of the shaft. The lump is really small. I cant see it, but I can feel it. Sometimes I do have to really search around for it with my finger. There is no pain whatsoever.
Let me be clear and say its not a cyst. I have plenty of those little white/pale guys to know what they are. This is more under the skin. It does move around a bit. At first I didnt think nothing of it as I did masturbate earlier that day and have been masturbating more frequently with a new toy i bought(dont judge). However I did some Googling and penile cancer came up. I know it usually begins on the skin surface but I did read that it can start in the soft tissue which is commonly called Sarcoma. Penile cancer is already pretty rare and Sarcoma that starts in the penis even more so.
I am a 31 year old male. No big health issues. Right now I am in a bit of a panic and not sure what my best course of action to be. I do think I should schedule and doctors appointment but I also feel I should wait. Honestly if I didnt start masturbating last night, I wouldnt have noticed. Any advice or reassurance would be good.
