Small lumps on glans corona - adhesion to foreskin

This has been developing a few months now.

I have a few small lumps, all together, right on the corona of my glans. Some days they look bigger/worse than others. My foreskin has formed an adhesion to the penis head at the point of these bumps (maybe the bumps are pulling the skin up?)

Its not sore or itchy.
I have a lot of foreskin so the adhesion is not really causing an issue. Its just the worry really.

I’ve been to the GP who didn’t seem concerned. He said all the skin looked healthy and there was nothing he could see that should worry me. As long as it’s not causing problems I should ‘live with it’ - which I wasn’t really happy with.

I did have a small bout of what I believe to be Balanatis 6-12 months ago. Could this be caused by that?

Is the GP right? or should I be concerned that it will get worse and start to be a problem ??

it is nothing.

HERE IT IS NECESSARY TO OBSERVE. IF IT WILL PROGRESS THEN DO THE CIRCUMCISION. EXTREMELY RARE BALANITIS IS COMPLICATED BY SUCH ADHESION
