i have some small mass between my frenulum and urinary meatus for more than 20 years , its never spread or grow (its only gets bigger by the way my penis grow, i mean the "mass size" size equivalent with my penis size as it grow ) and i never had a oral or sex. my parents said this is happened because of circumcision (my parents decide to do circumcision on me a couple of months after i born) so ti thought it was a genital skintag/achrocordon im kindda woried if this is was a HPV or some other diseases but since im never doing sex/oral and its never spread or multiply im less woried and its not disturb my urinate it just a liltle bit hurt when i try to squeeze it. but i need some reference from people before sometime i visit hospital, and i dont want make female uncomfortable and thinks that i bring some disease or somekind like that
This is a sebaceous (epidermoid) cyst, caused by a blocked skin gland. Read more at DermnetNZ. If it’s not causing you any pain or harm you can safely leave it untreated.
