# Small mole/skin tag like bumps near the base of penis

so I’ve had these bumps for a couple of years but only recently they’ve started to bothered me. they’re not painful but i have caught them while grooming a few times and they bleed quite heavily when caught. any advice on what they might be and if they can be removed? thanks

They could be warts.
