Small, painless, flesh colored bumps on penis shaft and base

Just noticed two small, flesh colored bumps on the side of my shaft this morning, a few more on the base. Painless, not a result of trimming as I just did that to have a better view, was natural beforehand. I have pictures, thought I could post them here.
