Small, papercut-like abrasions keep appearing on my fingertip

Hello! I am a 19 year old female, and I don't know if I have any underlying health issues, there are no suspicious symptoms other than what I'm about to tell you.

Yesterday, When I woke up and went about my day slowly (I do a good amount of typing on a keyboard) I realized there was a pain in my right-hand middle finger. A little pressure-like pain in my fingers very occasionally is normal for me (now that I think about it, maybe that should be concerning) so I mostly ignored it and, unhelpfully, I was absentmindedly messing with it. When I was finally compelled to take a look, I noticed a tiny, extremely thin cut - like a papercut - right on the tip of my finger in prime key-typing spot. I thought: yeah, that's no big deal. I have 5 cats, it's not surprising to acquire mystery cuts.

Today, I woke up with two more on the same finger in the same spot, and one of them is now longer. [UPDATE: as I type this on a phone without the use of the finger in question, I have been a sharp pain ans when I look, a new cut has appeared. It now looks like "-4"] These cuts haven't appeared anywhere else on my body, none of my other fingers, and there is no way I have accidentally cut myself in this same spot 3[6!!] different times without noticing. My skin isn't dry or unhealthy. It's getting me incredibly anxious!

Anyone who knows what this might be... please help!
