Small patch of rash that happens quite often & has HSV but not sure if this is the case

Hello, I am male(25) been diagnosed with HSV since I was a child sometimes there are breakouts with blisters that have left some scars on my skin but sometimes I get the symptoms that dont look like HSV just like this time so what can this possibly be? They are small rashes with no blisters on my right bottom area, happens like every couple months or so.

Update: now there’s one more patch that broke out today. This happens quite too regularly to be Herpes so does anyone know what this is? thank you!imageimageimageimage
