good morning everyone I should have brought this up yesterday but is there anything that can be done for having a small pee hole or urethral opening oh, I've tried sounding and then that's helped a little bit but just curious if there was any thing else to do
A Urologist can perform a meatotomy. It’s day surgery. I had it done a few years ago. A very simple proceedure.

He sliced the skin to widen the opening. Now I use a meatal dialator to keep it open. Similar to sounds. I just push it in a quick couple of times after I take a shower.
