Small red bump on penis that I believe is from too rough/dry masturbation

Howdy yall

First I would like to state I have just very recently been tested for any STIs and STDs and do not have any. I am curious as to what this bump is on the head of my penis near the pearly penile papules. I thought at first it might just be an inflamed one but I'm not so sure anymore. My penis in general is usually dry and that might affect it during masturbation. It is a little more raised in the pictures than normal due to me poking at it a day ago. My penis has been semi red-rashy like for about a year now and i'm beginning to think it is balanitis. I've tried a oral medication for it but to no avail. Any ideas or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Do you not use lube, moisturiser or coconut oil? Seems likely you'll do more damage if you masturbate dry. Daily coconut oil works for me after washing (although I am uncircumcised).

I do very rarely. Would that be the cause of the bump though?

I was guessing it was caused by friction, yes.
