Small red bumps on my penies

its been week i still have this small red bumps
no itching no urine problem no soares
i had itching only on 1st day when i detected pls check the pic what u think

I don’t think they look overly concerning. They resemble Fordyce Spots.

They look line fordyce spots. Your skin seems a but irritated though. It can be balanitis or just skin irritation. Nothing to be worried about. If the itching continues, you can try OTC antifungal ointment.

is this something to worry still there is no itching or irritation i feel normal i had some irritation after intercourse

Hi, have you completed an antifungal treatment (7days). If the yeast is not completely eliminated, it will come back. It still look like balanitis to me but you should get a professional diagnosis to confirm.
