Small red bumps on penis

Hello everyone. I have no choice but to reach out to the internet at this point. I have seen several different doctors including my mother who is a very good dermatologist and nobody can give me an answer as to what this is. I get small red bumps on my penis normally after sex and they last for a few days. I have had unprotected sex with over 50 women and none of them have told me they have caughten any stds from me. Hoping someone here can diagnose or give me an answer as to what these small bumps are. They are the size of the tip of a needle and are painless. if anyone has any idea what these may be please respond to this. Thank you so muchimage
