i lost my virginity two weeks ago with no protection a fee days after my period. i was inspecting my vagina and i noticed it had small red dots, it kinda looks like popped blood vessels. my discharge has been pretty normal, it was a little yellow however its always like that. i got my period this morning and i checked again and those red dots are still there. is it normal?? i had been having cramps prior to my period and i thought it was weird however my period came one week early which explains the cramps. it doesn’t itch or burn but should i be concerned?
