Small red mole in penis

Hi, i noticed this mole or bump in the bath and it wasn’t there before, its red and its not fully flat, it doesn’t hurt or anything, should i be concerned? have you seen this before?

hi, im not an expert but i dont think its something u should worry about. If u see it get bigger or doesnt go away after a couple weeks u should see a doctor.
