I just noticed this yesterday and I’m really worried. it’s barely even the size of a quarter and for the most part it doesn’t even hurt; there is no itching, but there is a slight burning sensation if I touch directly. Other than that it barely bothers me. There are no lesions or open wounds or sores--the lumps in the picture are forcyce spots. I've been putting anti-itch cream on it and it seens to be responding well. Can anyone tell me what this is??
