Alright guys, here the story. Really appreciate if MOD/Guests can give some opinions on my condition.
3 weeks ago I ordered some hair removal waxing. During the process, I pulled so much my pubic hair that eventually blood came out from the hair point. I also shaved some of my pubic hair. The thing is, a small red spot suddenly appeared on my penile head. The days after that I have experienced some pain at the urethra. I have meet the my local Drs. The first dr did not give any antibiotics but he gave me some liquid medicine (Mist Possit). After 3 days, I still experienced some pain at the urethra and meet the scd dr. Hes saying that I have been infected with UTI. Dr gave me antibiotics (doxy) for 5 days for every 12 hours. During the first day after eating antibiotic, there are some white particles in my urine, and I think its related with UTI. The next days is gone. In the second weeks, the pain have gone but the red spot on my penile head have become larger and I experienced some mild pain on my left testicle. I told the red spot on penile head both on my Dr and they said its nothing serious.
And for the third week, I did a masturbation at night. During the ejaculation process I feels hurt at the urethra from the night until the morning. The pain come after masturbation or ejaculation, NOT the whole urethra but right below the penile head. I took a bath and peed after the masturbation. And again, at the morning i saw some white particles in my urine. And the next days, the white particle is gone. I met dr for the 3rd time yesterday and they took my blood for Syphilis test. My HIV test came back negative and my Urine test as for yesterdays and its normal. I still waiting for my blood test result and the next appointment with Dr is 2 weeks from yesterday. Other information I can tell are, I experienced some pain on my left back head (I did some googling and its somehow related with Herpes symptom). I experienced some itchiness at anus (2-3 times a day) and my left groin (quite frequent).
Regarding my sexual history, I did sex exactly one year ago and i did anal (its protected) but I gave oral which is not protected. I did some excessive masturbation this past few months where i did like 5-6 times a week.
My questions are:
1) if the red spot on my penile head resulting from UTI why its still not gone after eating antibiotics? Attached photo from the first week and 3rd week (from left to right). There a white things around it.
2) I did experienced some anal itchiness (roughly 2-3 times a day), so is it related with UTI?
3) is it possible from my UTI infection, trigger any hidden bacteria within my body? if so
my best guess is, gonorrhea or trichomonas? I guess this one since I read somewhere,
4) For gonorrhea - is the anus itchiness shall be continuous or seldom?
5) Left back head pain - Im not so sure if anxious does this, but please enlighten me if this really one of the STD symptom.
This condition really gave me serious anxious condition and I had sleepless night. Plus I cant focus my works.
