Small red spot, should I be worried?

Last time I had sex was last October. I wore a condom and everything was fine. Over the last couple of weeks I noticed a small red object (looks similar to acne but with no puss) 

I've had no symptoms of this yet I'm worried if it's an STD. I've been tested before and I'm clean. What should I do?
