I've had these small red spots on the foreskin of my penis for months. Sometimes the get flaky but have no pain, no blistering, and no itching. The number of spots does change but not many more than is seen in photos. I've been STI tested and they are not herpes.
I don't know what these spots could be. Any information is appreciated.
How many months have you been getting this? Have you been having regular unprotected sex since these first appeared? If so, is the sex you have been having penetrative vaginal, anal, or both? Do you regularly receive oral? One partner or more?
Have you tried medication of any kind to deal with this? If so, were you given medication by ANY medical professional, and if so, what was this?
