I have noticed a few ridges on the right side of my penis head for about the past month. They are pretty small so I’m not sure how long I have had them. They are slightly firmer compared to the skin around it. It looks like the surrounding skin, just raised a bit. There is also no discomfort, pain, or irritation from the ridges. Any possible thoughts would greatly be appreciated.

What you are likely noticing are things that are naturally present on the head of your penis. The most common explanation is that these have become irritated and this is why they are obvious to view them. Irritation is most often caused by the things the penis is exposed to over an extended period of years such as soap, shower gel and other forms of body wash when showering such as hair shampoo, and so on.
When the very sensitive skin of the head of the penis is irritated then almost anything applied to it can be a further irritant, such as Lubes, skin cream, baby oil, if you are sexually active and regularly use condoms even what is on the inside of the condom can also be an irritant.
The only thing not to irritate the skin on the head of the penis is water and this is all you should use to wash your penis with.
Obviously, if you are sexually active and do not use protection each time, particularly if you have different partners, then the regular cautions apply …
are these present with your erections as well?
Yes, a little less noticeable at times when the skin gets stretched though.
