Hi, so recently was having fun with some strangers I met on tinder and received oral which is stupid of me, and I am not sure when exactly this started but , first it started with a small pink flesh color pimple that was painless, after about a few days it still remained the same but started to slowly become scab like. So now it is usually pink around the scab and is painless and I dont have any fluids that i can see leaking or anything. I am not sure what it may be and I also had a cold sore around the same time I got this but wasnt sure if it was because i was stressed before a flight. I was doing research and trying to compare what it may be as I dont know if it it Syhpillis , I am not sure how the chancres are since this is closed and scabby like. I am going to get checked next week since I am away but please any advice or anything helps, I am terrified this may be something extreamly serious.
