i have had these small bumps on my penis mostly on my shaft with some on the glans for nearly 3 years now. i am not sexually active and they do no cause any sensation. they're just there. i feel as though they are too small to be Fordyce spots which is why i am concerned.
Okay, if you search for images of Fordyce what you usually get are images where the spots are really well-defined, they do not usually show the whole range of potential variations to the spots.
So you have had them for 3 years, these are a natural part of the development of YOUR penis, they are most likely simply a variation in Fordyce Spots
