Hello there. I am 22 years old. I have this odd red spot on my penis which has had me nervous for a while now. I believe I've had it for 6 to 8 months now. It does not itch. It does not burn. It doesn't feel tender or sore when Ive poked at it. It also doesn't feel raised so its not really a bump. I currently have not seen a doctor (nor have insurance) but i am very nervous of it. Could it be balanitis? Could it be cancer!? Or maybe a friction burn as i do masterbate somewhat daily. Please get back to me as soon as possible as I would like to at least figure out if its nothing serious.File size is too big

Very unlikely to be cancer! Have you tried applying an Anti-septic ointment to it to see what happens?! I get all kinds of marks like this on various places on my penis and something as simple as a regular skin anti-septic ointment does the trick - such as a one you would use for a skin graze or burn elsewhere on your body to help it heal often does the trick.
By trying this, and if it provided no benefit that may suggest you have a skin condition developing. I realise getting to a Doctor is a problem for you, so you best try what is not expensive first … You do not say whether you are sexually active, and of you are, whether you always use protection would be useful to know … ?
