Small soft bumps on floor of mouth

Hello everyone! I've developed some small soft bumps on the floor of my mouth. They are NOT painful and if I rub my tongue over them they feel similar to ulcers. I will say that I smoke a pipe quite often. I'm not sure if that's the culprit or not however. I'm just hoping this is no form of mouth cancer I have! Any thoughts?

Here is a photo to give you an idea...

Why are you asking here and not asking your Dentist?  The sooner you do this, the better.

I have similar lesions but I know what is causing mine and am being monitored regularly by various Specialists.

I just woke up to the same thing. Yesterday I had a root canal donel, it was very painful. Don't think I got the antibiotic in my system, threw it up. Will call my dentist and let him know.

Spoke to dentist and was told it is infection. Continued taking antibiotic, tylenol and advil for pain. The blister like bubble on bottom of my mouth went down. Thought I was getting better. Woke up this morning with the pain and the bubble on the floor of my tongue came back. Now it looks like  a bloody blister. Tomorrow is last day of anti, it's also a holiday, so hopefully by tuesday it will be healed.

Hi,

My problem is pretty similar to yours, I also have a 3 small soft bumps  on the left side under the tongue. when I press my tongue, it shapes up like a cone shape mass or ulcer looking and touches my lower lateral and Canine teeth’s. I've went dermatologist and Oral Surgeon and one said it’s my Salivary Glands and other said that  I dont need a biopsy -- isn’t necessary. Some time I can feel it and most of time it doesn’t bother

Were you able to further investigate on your symptoms?
