I developed numerous sore open wounds on my vagina down to my anus. I think ihave dry skin there but it hurts. Maybe could be a yeast infection? Please help i also have some discharge thats a bit yellow
It could be Lichen sclerosus. Google it. You need to have a biopsy to confirm. They tested me for that when I had sore, burning skin between my vag and anus, which had a tendency to split. Turned out I have vulvodynia.
