Small Sores on Penis. What are they?

Have had these for a few days, no discharge, only painful to touch. Was tested a week before they showed up and all STDs were negative. Any ideas?

Was STI tested for everything but syphillis a week prior and all negative. Only received oral sex once since.

Did you recently have unprotected penetrative sex? Have you tried anything for a yeast or bacterial infection for this?

I had the very similar looking thing few months ago. It turned out to be Candida Balanitis (yeast infection). I applied some cream for several days and it healed.
