Small Spots All Over Penis

I had small spots on my penis since about 4 years ago. I thought (and hoped that) they were PPP or one of those bumps that arent harmful. It doesnt hurt, and rarely itches. 

So I just tried to moisturize it with lotion every night, but didn't help. I did not have sex with a person who has STD. 

I do not take a look at my penis that often, but when I look (once in 2 weeks maybe?), I discover more and more spots...

I am worried, so please help.

hi john, hopefully you will get a response from someone who has seen this kind of issue before on this site.  otherwise, is it possible for you to get it checked out by a medical professional?

I need a referral from my PCP. So I have an appointment right now. But he said it will take over a month to meet with a specialist. So I wanted to ask here while I’m waiting
