I noticed these painless little spots on my foreskin about a month ago. I went to the clinic to get them checked out and the nurse practitioner told me they did not look like they should be a concern. What could they be? Possibly hpv of just fordyce spots? It's driving me crazy with worry. They have not increased in size since I noticed them.
