Hello, i have been trying to identify these spots on my penis. I cant remember when they appeared, they have been there for as long as i can remember.
What these most likely are Jake, are Fordyce Spots. If you do an online search for images of these you are likely to see pictures of spots that are really much larger than what you have. What you have are in exactly the same place as minimally defined Fordyce Spots.
