i had unprotected sex about a 1.5 months ago and went through a very stressful time where i thought i had every sti in the book . through my inspections of myself ( multiple times a day ) i noticed these whiye bunps on the shaft of my penis . when i tighthen the skin they look like pimples but they wont pop . is this warts ?

Just to back up what Kim says, they are fordyce spots. I have a lot more of them than on the picture you show and I can promise they are nothing to worry about.
